What is Google Drive?
Google Drive is a file storage and synchronisation service by Google that is part of Google Workspace and holds documents, spreadsheets, exports and shared folders.
Every file carries its own access rights, and the content is reachable through Google’s official interfaces as well as through the browser and the desktop clients.
In hurra.ai it is one of the workspace tools that an orchestration layer connects to, so what the layer produces lands in a place the team already opens.
hurra.ai + Google Drive
Google Drive is the file layer of Google Workspace: the folders where briefings, exports, creative files and reports collect around a campaign.
Marketing output has to end up somewhere a colleague can find it weeks later. A shared Drive folder is usually that place, which is why an orchestration layer writes towards it rather than away from it.
What you can do
- Connect Google Drive so marketing documents and exports live where your team expects them, instead of inside another dashboard.
- Keep the files that belong to a campaign in the folder structure your team already uses.
- Access runs through Google’s official interface, with permissions you grant and can revoke.
- Your files stay in your Google Workspace, under your own sharing rules. hurra.ai does not take custody of them.
Common use cases
Put exports where the team looks for them
A report that lands in the campaign folder is found later. One that lives only in a tool has to be searched for, and usually is not.
Keep campaign documents next to the campaign
Briefing, creative export and result report belong together. Connecting Drive means the layer works inside that structure instead of building a second one.
Give the models a defined folder as context
A folder can be part of what an assistant may read, under the same explicit rules as every other source, so its answers refer to your own material.
Hand over without a migration
When agency and in-house teams change, the files stay in your own Drive. Nothing has to be exported out of a platform first.
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect Google Drive to hurra.ai?
Yes. Google Drive is one of the workspace tools on the Marketing Orchestration page. You connect it through Google’s official interface and decide what it may reach.
Where do my files live when Drive is connected?
In your own Google Drive. hurra.ai works with the folders you allow; the files stay in your Google Workspace under your sharing rules.
Does hurra.ai store copies of my documents?
The platform reads connected systems through their official interfaces and does not take custody of the records. Your Drive stays the place the files live.
Why connect Drive at all?
So that what the layer produces arrives where your team already looks, instead of in one more dashboard that has to be remembered.
